Partner
Jennifer Adams, a native of New Orleans, is a partner in the firm. The focus of her practice is Toxic Torts, Real Estate, Products Liability and General Casualty Defense. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Adams practiced casualty insurance defense and insurance subrogation.
Ms. Adams has been successful in oral arguments before several state Courts of Appeal and has developed a diverse motion practice in many District, State and Federal Courts in Louisiana. She is actively involved in the legal community, and co-authored a presentation for a Louisiana State Bar Association Seminar in 1998 titled Insurance Coverage: The Who’s, What’s, Where’s and When’s of Automobile Insurance.
Ms. Adams has been named to Thomson Reuters’s list of “Louisiana Rising Stars.” The list, published in Louisiana Super Lawyers magazine, recognizes the state’s best attorneys who are 40 or under, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. Rankings are based on a survey of the state bar and independent research by Thompson Reuters. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to the list.
While a student at Loyola University Law School, Ms. Adams was a member of the Moot Court Staff and the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team. She also holds a Certificate in International Legal Studies from Loyola.
