Margaret "Peggy" Joffe received her law degree from Loyola University School of Law in 1986. She practiced in New Orleans in the areas of personal injury defense, maritime defense and general insurance defense before joining Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles, L.L.P. in January, 2001.
Ms. Joffe handles matters in the areas of toxic tort, casualty litigation, class action and insurance defense. She is a member of the Louisiana, American and Federal Bar Associations and is active in the New Orleans Pro Bono Project. Ms. Joffe has taught Trial Advocacy at Loyola School of Law and has been a regular faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
