Women have excelled at Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles. The founders of the firm were some of the first attorneys to hire women who would ultimately become their partners. Today, over 25% of DK&S attorneys are women, including over 10% of our equity partners. Female partners have served as department heads, office heads, and members of the Management Committee.
