Castex Speaks on Emerging Issues in Construction

NEW ORLEANS, LA. – Jimmy A. Castex Jr., a partner at Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles, will be a presenter at the New Orleans Bar Association’s upcoming end-of-year “Procrastinators’ Program” CLE. He will be part of a panel speaking on “Emerging Issues in Construction and Moisture Intrusion Litigation.”
The CLE will be held Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at the Pan Am Conference Center.
Castex is a member of the firm's Construction Department and maintains a diverse practice which includes Construction Litigation, Workers' Compensation Litigation, Redhibition, Commercial Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Premises Liability, Unfair Trade Practices and Products Liability. He represents many insurance companies, corporations and self-insured companies. His practice is divided evenly between state court and federal court, and he is admitted in all Louisiana state and federal courts.
