DK&S Names Three New Partners

New Orleans, LA – Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles is pleased to announce that Paul D. Hale, Joshua G. Keller and Charlotte C. Meade have been named partners in the firm.
Paul D. Hale practices in the Marine & Energy Department. Since joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Hale has concentrated his practice on defending vessel owners, oil and gas producers, exploration companies, facility operators, distributors, and offshore service contractors and their insurers against personal injury, wrongful death and survival claims. He has experience handling energy-related claims, including interpretation of indemnity and insurance requirements in vessel charters and Master Service Agreements as well as interpretation of the anti-indemnity acts of Louisiana and Texas.
Joshua G. Keller practices in the Civil Litigation Department. His practice centers around the defense of personal injury claims and cases involving products liability, professional liability, toxic tort and premises liability. Mr. Keller has defended national corporations and local establishments in Louisiana State and Federal Courts. He has worked closely with claims adjusters, managers and third party administrators for both national and foreign insurance companies. Mr. Keller also has experience handling insurance coverage issues.
Charlotte C. Meade practices in the Commercial Litigation Department. Her areas of practice include professional liability, commercial litigation and labor & employment. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Loyola University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, and she worked on Capitol Hill for Cong. Richard Baker for several years prior to law school.
