James Hailey to Speak on Fraud Litigation

New Orleans, LA – James W. Hailey III, a partner in Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles' New Orleans office, will be a presenter at the Insurance Fraud Management Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, on March 23, 2010. He will be speaking on "Recent Developments in Fraud Litigation for 2010."
Mr. Hailey has assisted his insurance and corporate clients in detecting, defeating and deterring fraud for over a decade. He has handled numerous first and third party fraud/bad faith claims, including trucking/transportation staged accidents, passenger stuffing incidents, uninsured motorist defense, suspicious slip and fall and other bodily injury claims, false builder’s risk claims, insurance coverage issues, fire cause and origin investigation, illegal practice of law by public adjusters, material misrepresentations, collusion and theft.
