Goff Speaks on OSHA Defense

Gulfport, MS – David C. Goff, the managing partner of Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles' Gulfport office, will be speaking at a meeting of the Mississippi Association of General Contractors in Gulfport on August 10. His topic will be "Recent Trends in OSHA Enforcement and Litigation."
Mr. Goff has nearly twenty years experience practicing law on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He has a nationwide practice defending employers in the construction and manufacturing industry in the defense of OSHA citations. Mr. Goff's clients include manufacturers, contractors, service companies and material suppliers in Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Iowa and other states. He also helps his clients with OSHA compliance and VPP.
Mr. Goff is an experienced litigator, having tried cases in the state and federal courts of Mississippi and before the Mississippi Worker's Compensation Commission, Division of Longshore and Harbor Worker's Compensation, and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
