Le Clercq and Glas Speak on Professionalism

– Frederic Theodore "Ted" Le Clercq and John "Jerry" Glas, two partners in the Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles' New Orleans office, will be speaking on professionalism at a CLE being held by Loyola University and the Louisiana Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. The title of their presentation is "Why NOT Take the Gloves Off?: Problems with Professionalism." The CLE, named "Essential Issues Affecting In-House Counsel and Corporate Attorneys, is being held in New Orleans on September 24, 2010.
Mr. Le Clercq practices in the areas of civil rights litigation, professional liability, labor & employment law and constitutional law. He is the Co-chair of the Labor and Employment Department for the firm.
Mr. Glas is a member of the Civil Litigation Department. A significant portion of his practice involves Product Defect, Transportation, Negligent Security, Premises Liability, Intentional Torts, Toxic Exposure, and General Aviation cases throughout Louisiana.
