NEW ORLEANS, LA. – Frederic Theodore "Ted" Le Clercq, an employment and professional liability defense attorney with Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles' New Orleans office, has led a project to replant live oaks along St. Charles Avenue from Lee Circle to Claiborne Avenue.
